Such a wonder brew! Here's how you make it....
WHAT YOU NEED
Makes 4 cups
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp coriander seeds
1/2 tsp fennel seeds
5 cups of water
Place all ingredients in a small saucepan and on the stove.
Bring to the boil, then reduce to a rapid simmer for 2-5 minutes, or until at strength that is suitable for your needs.
Strain and serve immediately, either in individual cups or sip throughout the day in a thermos.
