Nestled in the lush and leafy suburb of Bridgewater, The Sattva Centre is the perfect place to heal and restore - a quiet corner in amongst our busy world to breathe and reboot.

This purpose-built space has been created as a sanctuary for the community to access high quality Ayurvedic education opportunities and long term, individualised holistic health care.
