CINNAMON TEA FOR CIRCULATION

Cinnamon has such powerful healing benefits for increasing and stabilising a poor circulatory system. Cinnamon aids to positively push the circulation out to the peripherals of the body and the joints. Please have no more than 1-2 cups daily of this tea and ensure not to take it in the case of high Pitta - infection, fever, inflammation, excess heat and hyper acidity.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
1 1/2 cups water
1 large piece cinnamon bark
1 slice of fresh ginger
1 cardamom pod
A small pinch black pepper
1/2 or 1 tsp of jaggery (unrefined cane sugar)
Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan, bring to a rapid simmer for 1-2 minutes.
Strain, allow to cool slightly and sip immediately.
