WOMEN'S WELLNESS HUB

 

The Women’s Wellness Hub has been created as a sanctuary and healing space for all members of our female community to access ongoing holistic health care and Ayurvedic learning opportunity.

 

This community hub provides women a safe and inclusive check-in point each month to discuss, learn and immerse themselves in Ayurvedic practices for long term health, wellbeing and balance. The class will include Vedic meditation and yoga, a cup of tea and light supper, plus a mini-lecture and Q&A on the below topics (there will be one selected for every month): 

 

  • Ayurvedic guidance and support for a variety of women’s health needs covering the topics of hormones, menstruation, menopause, breast health, female sexuality and transformational stages of life.

  • Ayurvedic skin care and beauty regimes.

  • Stress management.

  • Foods for nourishment of the female body. 

  • Developing Ayurvedic daily routines for long term health and wellbeing.

THE RECOVERY HUB

 

The Recovery Hub is a weekly class established for our local and extended community as a place to restore, hold space and heal. During each session to assist your mind, body and soul in restoring balance, we offer the following strategies:

  • Ayurvedic lifestyle and dietary guidelines to support healthy immune function, reduce inflammation, reduce pain, offset side effects from medications, and assist to repair vital organ function. 

  • Restoring strength and balance to the central nervous system through meditation and other forms of Yoga such as Pranayama (breath) practice and various Asanas (postures) tailored specifically for your individual health needs. Individual Reiki (energy healing) and Marma Point (Trigger Point) therapy is offered to all who are needing this additionally. 

  • A light morning tea or supper to finish with homemade Chai and a delicious, nourishing Ayurvedic snack. This time is also an opportunity for Q&A and sharing of experience.
