ALOE VERA JUICE

Aloe Vera gel can not only be healing externally, but restorative taken as a juice for multiple health needs and also as a simple cleanse for the liver and digestive tract. In addition, I have added below different "mixers" to add to your Aloe Vera juice in order to best suit your Dosha constitution or current state of imbalance. WHAT YOU WILL NEED


1 serve


- 2 teaspoons of pure Aloe Vera Gel (see preparation technique here)


- 1 cup of fresh juice or infused water to pacify your dosha imbalance or body type:


Vata - a citrus juice such as orange or grapefruit.


Pitta - Coriander seed water (make this by boiling 1 2/2 cups of water with 2 teaspoons of coriander seed added for 1-2 minutes. Strain and allow to cool and then add Aloe Vera ), fresh cucumber juice, celery juice, pomegranate juice or sweet pear juice.


Kapha - Fresh ginger water with honey and turmeric (make this by boiling 1 2/2 cups of water with fresh ginger slices added for 1-2 minutes. Strain and allow to cool. Then add honey, turmeric and Aloe Vera)


Fresh mint to garnish



METHOD


1. Using a food processor, blender or Bar Mix, blend the Aloe Vera gel and 1 cup of your chosen dosha pacifying juice and combine well.


2. Pour into a glass and add a sprig of mint to garnish.


3. Drink immediately.
