ALOE VERA JUICE

Aloe Vera gel is not only healing externally, but deeply restorative when also taken as a juice. In addition, I have added below different "mixers" to add to your Aloe Vera juice to best support your constitution or current symptoms.. Not sure what your Dosha is or current health needs might be? WHAT YOU WILL NEED


1 serve


  • 2 tsp of pure Aloe Vera Gel (see preparation technique here)

  • 1 cup of fresh juice or infused water to pacify your dosha imbalance or body type:


Vata - a citrus juice such as orange or grapefruit.


Pitta - Coriander seed water (make this by boiling 1 2/2 cups of water with 2 teaspoons of coriander seed added for 1-2 minutes. Strain and allow to cool and then add Aloe Vera ), fresh cucumber juice, celery juice, pomegranate juice or sweet pear juice.


Kapha - Fresh ginger water with honey and turmeric (make this by boiling 1 2/2 cups of water with fresh ginger slices added for 1-2 minutes. Strain and allow to cool. Then add honey, turmeric and Aloe Vera)


Fresh mint to garnish



METHOD


1. Using a food processor, blender or Bar Mix, blend the Aloe Vera gel and 1 cup of your chosen dosha pacifying juice and combine well.

2. Pour into a glass and add a sprig of mint to garnish.

3. Drink immediately.
