The Restoration Project has been created for our fellow colleagues working tirelessly on the frontline of foundations, communities, charities and organisations who are committed to being of service to others - both our human and natural/animal world.

 

We at the Love and Light Foundation admire, respect and honour the work of the many who are striving to make our world a safer and more harmonious place. We also appreciate that often staff and volunteers of these ecological and human service organisations are exposed to, and live with, ongoing excessive levels of stress and trauma in providing protection and advocacy for change.

The Restoration Project consists of the Love and Light team, but also additional paraprofessionals trained in the field of healing and medicine, to provide health and wellness access points for our colleagues directly onsite. 

 

 

The Restoration Project provide the following services:

​

  • Onsite training for staff and volunteers in mindfulness and meditation strategies for managing stress and trauma. 

  • Onsite training for staff and volunteers in natural health strategies and solutions for optimum wellness. This includes dietary support, lifestyle guidance and cultivating positive daily routines. 

  • Onsite holistic health care clinic for staff and volunteers with trained Ayurvedic practitioners and Doctors.

  • Onsite holistic health clinic with a diverse range of highly skilled and trained Ayurvedic, Reiki and Remedial Massage practitioners to provide body therapies and treatments for staff and volunteers.
