WHY INTENTION SETTING IS GOOD FOR YOUR HEALTH

Intention setting is an important part of keeping you well and balanced. Intention setting is fundamentally a goal or focus point for a moment, your day or even stretching out to months and years. ⁣

There is a fine line to walk between being still and present in all that you do and then manifesting that into action. Action brings us joy and fulfilment which ultimately leads to good health. Intention setting for your day, your meditation, your work or even through a challenging moment can take something from being immensely stressful to manageable and even beneficial as you work to see the lessons and embrace your journey. ⁣

I find for my daily focus and intentions, I love to write in my little book as part of my morning routine. Even just one line for the day - today for me has been to focus on each moment as a necessary teacher and each person I meet as an opportunity to learn. ⁣

You may simply say your intentions out loud or in your head to realign yourself throughout the day like a mantra or write on a post-it and stick it on your mirror as a gentle reminder. ⁣

Goals and intentions done with true purpose and sincerity is how you progress and manifest the life you love. Not always easy but definitely necessary. ⁣
