I know I constantly harp on about food diversity in our daily diets. Why? Because it’s one of the most simple, effective ways of avoiding digestive and other system disorders.
No matter what food you eat, no matter how good it is nutritionally, if you consume it day in and day out in the same manner, it is only a matter of time before your body builds intolerance. Especially in the fruit and veg world, almost nothing stays in season year round. Eating food that has been in storage, canned, processed and mutated is fundamentally not alive and in Ayurvedic terms, has very little value to the mind and body.

What ratio are my leftover meals to my freshly cooked?
With a few minor changes, you would be amazed at the difference this makes to your health long term.
With love and light,
